Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that returns are only accepted under valid circumstances. If something is wrong with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unwashed, with any original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact our support team. If your return is accepted, we’ll send return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returns & Exchanges
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us if:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- Your order did not arrive due to a confirmed delivery issue
To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In the original packaging, with any tags attached
- Accompanied by your order number and proof of the issue (photo or video if requested)
Once we review and approve your request, we’ll provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or refunds for the following:
Items that have been used or washed
Items returned without original packaging (and any included components)
Items that match the product and specifications selected when placing the order
Please check your order details carefully before placing it. We provide product information to help you choose the right item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.

Order Changes & Cancellations
All orders are sent into processing quickly and cannot be canceled or refunded once placed. Customers have up to 4 days after placing an order to request changes to order details (such as address or variant), but changes are not guaranteed once processing has begun.

We reserve the right to deny any return or refund request that does not meet the conditions above.
